The faculty, students, and staff of the Notre Dame International Security Center are thrilled, but not surprised, to learn that 2019/20 NDISC Post-doctoral Fellow Dr. Madsion Schram has won the American Political Science Association's Kenneth N. Waltz Prize in Security studies for the Outstanding Dissertation of 2019.
Named in honor of the late Kenneth Waltz, one of the leading theorists of international relations, the prize recognizes the best thesis "on any aspect, and that deploy any approach (historical, quantitative, theoretical, policy analysis, etc.), in the field of security studies."
Congratulations Maddie and thanks for enriching our intellectual community last year!
