Drew Hogan is a Ph.D. student in political science at the University of Minnesota with research interests in American foreign policy, grand strategy, rhetoric in foreign policy, and international security. He holds a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a BA from Kenyon College.
