Averell Schmidt

Averell Schmidt is a PhD candidate in public policy at Harvard University where he researches the politics of international organizations and international law, focusing on the consequences of states’ decisions to violate, contest, or withdraw from their treaty commitments. He holds a BA in international affairs from Lewis & Clark College and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.
