Virtual meeting tips and procedures

We are happy to have you join us for our virtual seminars.

Generally, our seminars run on a two-finger system:

• Raise one finger:  Signifies you want to ask a question with a new topic/area than what is currently being discussed.
• Raise two fingers:  Signifies that you would like to add a comment or ask a question along the lines of what is currently being discussed.

For virtual seminars, we would like to keep the same system.

Virtually, "raising your hand" signifies a "one-finger" question/comment. 

Virtually, "giving a thumbs up" signifies a "two-finger" question/comment.
